Pain relief in Ham Green, Pill and Clifton- Bristol

Are you in pain? You need not suffer unnecessarily

It is common practice for many of us to soldier on with back pain, sports injuries and other longer term painful conditions, but it need not be that way. With a careful diagnosis and the right treatment, you could be pain free – sometimes it takes just one or two osteopathy sessions to make a real difference.

It makes sense to act as soon as you start to feel pain. Delaying treatment can result in exacerbating your condition as your body tries to compensate. It can even lead to further problems in other areas of your body.

Osteopathy provides targeted treatment to overcome and ease pain, lack of mobility and joint stiffness. It also provides a long term plan for healthy living to avoid problems in the future.

Barnes is an excellent Osteopath who helped me greatly with a neck and back injury. He is friendfly and easy to talk to, professional, and a miracle-worker. A month later and I am no longer in constant pain, for which I am very grateful! Many thanks.

Would recommend. Barnes has helped me to progress to getting a healthy back. I did something when out working, just twisted when I was kneeling down. I was in serious agony and could only just about walk. But a couple of trips to see Barnes has helped me to feel a lot better. Putting my mind at easy as well as my body! I'm now a lot better and have taken on board Barnes's recommendations and advice.
